Dream Studio

This project is one of the most distinctive and unique projects in Dream Land, where it designed in European style, or what is known “Studios“.

The project consists of a small space start from 67 meters to 105 meters divided by room or two rooms at the most, and the property consists of 40 apartment and every floor has all the spaces 67/77/95/105 m .

The property has  2 Asancir single and double in addition to 2 swimming  pools, one of them is a closed swimming pool for women, allowing them to swim freely without limit, as it’s air conditioned to use in summer and winter and the other for men also contains a gym to give the opportunity for those who want to exercise at any time.

The property is divided into two halves and also to two different visions as the Navy of the property you see swimming pools and see the View, an area of 70-acre green space and are expected that Dreamland create soon and it see directly on the Anwar Al-Sadat St. ,As for the other direction it sees little golf area and is by the quiet, and meet all spaces
